Dan has 20 year of consumer & retail industry experience working with Fortune 500 companies, Private Equity investors, and entrepreneurial start-ups.
He is passionate about helping brands achieve long-term sustained growth by building a stronger emotional connection with their consumers.
Dan is currently the Global Vice President of Strategy at The North Face, where he is responsible for brand strategy, consumer insights, business development, and business model innovation.
Prior to joining The North Face, Dan was a leader in McKinsey's consumer and private equity practices, a leader in Kurt Salmon's strategy & private equity practice, and in brand management at Procter & Gamble.
